Easypaisa Launched EOBI Pensioner's Payment KARACHI: Thursday, November 24, 2011 Around 300,000 pensioners of the Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) will now be able to receive pensions through Easypaisa, an official said on Wednesday.
An agreement to this effect has been signed by Zafar Iqbal Gondal, Chairman, EOBI, and Nadeem Hussain, President, Tameer Microfinance Bank, he said.
It was pointed out that this agreement between Easypaisa and EOBI is yet another step towards providing convenience, as well as offering better and faster disbursement of payments to the pensioners, he said.
The EOBI pensioners can get themselves registered at the nearest Telenor franchise, Telenor Sales and Service Centre or Tameer Bank branch with their EOBI pension book and original ,
