I agree with the problems arising on account of non-professional behaviour of NADRA e SAHULAT concerned officials, this attitude may be seen whole over the Pakistan because ONE THING OF MUCH IMPORTANCE SHOULD BE REMEMBER THAT NADRA IS A GOVERNNMENT ENTITY, AND E SAHULAT IS THE MODERN & GOOD WAY OF BUSINESS SERVICE. SO, IT IS NECESSARY TO OVERHAUL THE ENTIRE ATMOSPHERE OF PRESENT STRUCTURE OF E SAHULAT BY INDUCTING THE PURELY PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL FROM THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY ( i.e. PUBLIC / PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP ). It is very important not only to introduce the NEW PRODUCTS BUT FIRST OF ALL THOSE PRODUCTS MAY BE ACTIVATED FORTHWITH WHICH WERE PROMISED BY NADRA AT THE TIME OF INVITING THE APPLICATIONS OF FRANCHISE LICENSE.
I have my franchise in Karachi since June 2008, that is from first phase entrants. I personally approached the Regional Manager, Karachi, (Mr.Mansoor Alam) on 11th January 2010 regarding discussions on various issues relating the day to day activities of the franchisees and the service of nadra besides the policy issues too. As a result of my said meeting, A POSITIVE SIGN OF PROFESSIONALISM IS SEEN, IN THAT, NADRA HAVE ADVERTISED ITS EXISTANCE IN SSGC UTILITY BILL OF JANUARY 2010 WHICH IS ISSUED IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2010, ON THE SAME PORTION WHERE EASY PAISA ADVERTISED TILL LAST MONTH.
NOW, BY THIS ADVERTISEMENT, I HAVE SEEN SOME IMPROVEMENTS FROM THE CUSTOMERS. LIKEWISE THIS, NADRA SHOULD ALSO GIVE DUE CONSIDERATIONS TO MY OTHER SUGGESTIONS AS WELL.
