HBL Express Services:

How To Send/Receive Money Through HBL Express?
1. To send money through HBL Express sender should carry:

•  Original CNIC and copy of CNIC
•  Amount in cash and fee amount
• Receiver’s CNIC number and mobile number 

2. Transaction notification and Pass-code:

• Notification on completion of transaction would be sent as SMS to sender and receiver
• Transaction Pass-code will be sent in SMS to the sender
• Sender to communicate Pass-code to the receiver

3. Transaction receipt

• Upon successful transaction collect the stamped receipt from HBL Express Agent

Money Receiving Procedure:
To receive money through HBL Express receiver should carry:

•  Original CNIC and copy of CNIC
• Pass-code

Cash Collection:

• Show valid original CNIC and transaction SMS on mobile phone 
• Enter Pass-code communicated by sender

Transaction receipt:

• Upon successful transaction collect the stamped receipt from HBL Express Agent
• Collect amount in cash. No fee is charged by the receiver.
