It is respectfully submitted that iam nadra franchise being license No. (KHE: 456), in the name of Mahesh Kumar, working since 1st July 2008 at mithi town, Tharparkar.
And further it is submitted that one Mahadev who has issued nadra franchise license in the name of kamlesh for Diplo city about six month back, but on the same license he is working at mithi in the name of

Since last six months, I had already informed to Mansoor Alam, Nadeem, Adnan, and AbrarAhmed but, still no fruitful result was achieved. There it is requested to take action against kamlesh Nadra franchise or cancel the license or issue direction to stop Nadra franchise at mithi tharparkar,Because iam already working at mithi since last 2 years.
