ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM, REQUEST TO ALL FRANCHISEE BROTHERS
NADRA e-Sahulat Money Transfer Charges should be applicable
(Equally divided to Sender & Receiver Franchisee)
Amount=Charges
1000 To 1999= 30
2000 To 2999= 60
3000 To 3999= 90
4000 To 4999= 120
5000 To 10000= 150
10001 To 25000=200
I recommend to Avoid More Than Rs.25,000/-
In Case of More Than, The Charges may be negotiated.
Commission deduction by the NADRA's esahulat recharge system should be extra benefit of sending franchisee.
With the consent of customer, Remmittance Charges may be paid at sending or receiving esahulat outlet. For example, If the customer likes to pay the total remittance charges at the sending franchise, the sending franchisee should transfer the amount plus half commission.

Subject: e-Sahulat To e-Sahulat Recharge/Money Transfer System

Dear Sir,
I am writing to convey the problems in system that:

1. There is not any benefit for balance sending franchisee. The commission 0.01% (Re.1 per thousand) deducted from sending franchisee and the deduction reversed on next date as commission. No deduction with beneficiary franchisee against commission. There is no need to show and get reversed the commission.
2. When the franchisee fills the money transfer form and clicks on tab, the current balance of receiving/beneficiary franchisee is shown on screen. This reveals the privacy of beneficiary franchisee. Details of e-Sahulat franchise outlet might be helpful.
3. Kiosk reporting website money transfer page does not show any details for beneficiary franchisee. Real time details of balance source should be added that the beneficiary franchisee can check who has transferred the balance.
4. Complaint regarding e-Sahulat to e-Sahulat Recharge/Money Transfer has not been added in Complaint Management System at www.esahulat.com.pk.
