Dear Sir, Assalam-o-Alaikum,
I am writing to convey my complaint against Mr.Ateeq-ur-Rashid, the branch operation manager MCB 0496 Kuchery Road, Ahmadpur East with reference to CMS complaint token No.44426.
We all NADRA eSahulat franchisee prefer to deposit in MCB because of their fast recharge system. The new operation manager Mr.Ateeq-ur-Rasheed seems angry with NTL CMD depositors. He does not enter the deposit slips in online CMD system. He always enter the amount at the time of closing branch. Sometimes he forgets to enter and the esahulat franchisees bear loss of after due date surcharge on their collected utility bills.
I am attaching my two deposit slips which were deposited on 05-05-2010 time 01:30PM but Mr.Ateeq-ur-Rashid did not enter into the online cash management system. The reason was that the person who was expert in NADRA CMD was transferred to other branch. The amount was deposited next day and Due to this, I bear loss of Rs.5,000/- because my utility bills collected for the date were unpaid and paid on next day with after due date surcharge.
The NADRA CMD account is a big burden for MCB bankers. They do not receive cash after 3PM and deny receiving 50-100 currency notes.
The above complaint is not an accidental. This is an example of their rudeness, discourteous behavior to keep away NADRA CMD depositors. I request to take disciplinary action in this regard.
We all esahulat franchisees will be more than grateful.
