Subject: Open letter to NADRA
It is to draw your kind attention towards our forth coming competitor i.e. UBL Omni after Telenor.
Sir, In Jacobabad, The UBL has inaugurated their Omni franchise with great enthusiasm, convincing people to use their products by hanging large size Panaflex Banners in almost all the streets and roads of the city. Also they are broadcasting their ads in FM Radio, Local cable network and door to door advertisements.
Besides utility bills payment, Ubl Omni offers their customers the facility of fund transfer also.
Sir, in this competitions age, Nadra e-sahulat, who is pioneer in electronic bill payment procedure, is going down day by day. Not a single promise such as Fund Transfer, Duplicate CNIC Applications, Railways tickets, BISP program made during offer to open E-sahulat outlet, and all these products which was the ideas of NADRA are obtained by private companies.
Sir, I will not demand NADRA to fulfill its promises, because I know that NADRA won't listen to its Franchisees. The purpose of writing this letter is to reduce my frustration and anxiety.
